Help Desk - External Tickets

External users are often from different companies or organizations, different company divisions or independent individuals not affiliated with any entity.  These may be customers who have purchased products. They may be visitors to a web site or blog, they may be customers from a physical or virtual store.  With external ticketing users who are not employed by a company or organization can log on to the customer help desk and open tickets that will be resolved by the company or organizations staff, track the progress of those tickets, be notified when activity occurs on those tickets. Contribute additional information to the tickets as required and clearly see the status of those tickets as they are being resolved by the Staff Members and Agents.
