Email Ticketing

 
Email ticketing turns users email client into a ticketing interface.  All users can view, create, edit and reply to email tickets without logging on to the help desk dashboard.  Users are not required to log on to the ticket system and help desk dashboard.
 
Email notification templates allow the administrator to manage the templates for the notifications sent to help desk users. The email address that is used for ticketing can be set in the admin module by the help desk administrator. With email ticketing communicating has never been easier.
