Help Desk Administration

 
The customer service desk and ticket system site administration is accessible from the administration URL that is emailed to the site owner when they signed up on Tikit.Info. The administration module for the ticket system allows you to define the site's General Settings, System Configuration, Notifications, Manage Your Subscription, Configure the Ticket Settings, Configure Video Conferencing , Email Settings and Import.
 
You must click on the confirmation email that was sent to the email address used at the time of registering if you want to have access to the administration and configuration setting for the help desk and ticket system.
 
 
The availability of the help desk and ticket systems features is determined by user permissions and most importantly by the current subscription level. Many features require a paid subscription.  Different paid subscription options provide access to different features. Current help desk features, options and their availability  is subject to change without notice.
